Do try them.

Very good experience so far.I was using another host with Cpanel but they were not as good. Fatcow hosting explained how to backup my entire site so it could be moved to them without a hitch. It was a great help from their side. The service is excellent so is the price. Do try them.

I will definately recommend.

I got amost a half price deal than my earliar host.Getting good bandwidth and storage space. I am getting brilliant ideas to do with my website. All my sites are running successfully, no downtime at all so far. This is one company I will definately recommend.

Pleasantly Suprised

I was a bit worried when I say the last review on Fat Cow, I really thought I had made a bad decision but fortunately I was wrong. FatCow sent my welcome email an hour after sign up like they promised, the control panel is great and their servers are fast! My only concern was with support, it is a bit slow even on live chat but they were good and gave me userful answers so I do not see myself needing to use it much more.

Making like that bit easier, for just $66

I stumbled across FatCow web hosting about 5 or 6 months ago and decided to give them a go, since I liked the name, oh and also the things they offered were great! :P

I liked the idea of having a Web Host that commits themselves fully to the customer, without having to hike the prices they charge up.

I'm not very confident with these type of things, so its not something I completely understand, so they have made things a lot easier for me to get my site up and running.

Never again

I would never sign up with FatCow again. I signed up, everything went fine, then my website still wasn't up after three days, so I sent them an email and the response I got was so rude, it bascally told me to wait!
So I replied and the next email I had recieved was so rude I asked them to cancel my account there and then.

In my oppinion, a company that treats its customers like that, doesn't deserve my custom.

Bliss in the form of web hosting.

Have been with Fatcow now for just over a year, and never once had a problem with them.

I contacted the tech support guys after about a month of my site being up, and they got back to me within about a week or so, which is fine. The problem had actually fixed itself by the time they emailed me though, so its no problem.

The plans they offer give users great flexibility and also lets you know exactly what it is your buying into.

The $75 ad credits is surely something you can't miss up too!

FatCow is one of them hosting companies out there that have the main priority to make money, THEN provide customers with what they want. Thats the sense I get anyway.

Although FatCow is a 'good' host, it isn't 'great'!

They lack the customer focused attitudes I feel, to lead them to that coveted No.1 spot!!

Tech support is a joke

I have been with many web hosting providers in my time and never have I came across such a useless bunch of techs. I had MySQL issues in which emails went backwards and forwards between myself and Fat Cow support. They clearly didn't know how to solve it so I hired someone to take a look costing me $50. The guy I hired told me the issue should have been easy for Fat Cow to spot and fix, on top of this Fat Cow refused to reimburse me, I barely received an apology.
