Site DOWN! No Response from Dot5

My web site has been down for 8 hours now, live chat support keep telling me to check back in an hour, the phone support just keep putting me on hold and I'm not even going to waste my time sending an email.

My web site had better be online in the morning.

Nothing Special

I am starting to wish I did not sign up with Dot5, maybe it is just me but there's nothing special about their site builder. I only wanted to start a basic store front for my mums florist, they make it sound so great on the website. When it came to implementing the shopping cart I was then told I shouldn't have built my site inside the site builder and that their was an entirely different site builder for this!

I have given up now and I am taking a week off before battling at it again, so far though I am not impressed.

Dot5 Hosting offer a professional yet friendly Web Hosting service. Although the website is suited best to the more advanced user, beginners will find their simple site builder easy to understand and at $4.95 per month who could get confused?!

When I signed up with Dot5 Hosting, I was promised one thing and that's what I got! An outstanding Hosting provider. I have been with Dot5 Hosting since June 2007, and my website has never been down for more than 15 minutes since signing up. My previous Web Host does not even compare.

Advertising Heaven

Advertising heaven! When I signed up with Dot5 they gave me $75 worth of advertising credits, (of which I probably only used around $45). My website has never had so many visitors! I am VERY impressed with the swift services they provide!

Dot 5 is a step above the rest!

One of the major deciding factors for me was how long Dot5 Web Hosting had been going for. Dot5 seem to be a well established company that always has the customer put first. They have a very easy to use website and they provide the customer with as much detail as possible.

Fantastic!!!

I was reffered to this website by a friend who too will soon be joining Dot5 to start up her online venture. I run a art gallery that has big potential online and decided to use dot5 to do just that. Dot5 have an advanced shopping website called oscommerce that you can install with the click of a button. I am now taking orders online and even receiving payments over the internet! If you need to take your business online I would seriously recomend you chose dot5, they really have been great to me! Thank you dot5!!

Dot5 Web Hosting

I was getting a bit blue in the face with host papa and I decided to take my business elsewhere, what a great thing it was that I did! Dot5 offer 24-7 support which actually means I can speak to someone 24 hours a day. I have read many reviews on Dot5, all mentioning their great support. Oh how right they were! Dot5 operators show they really care about your problem, they do this by going out of their way to help. If you are new to web hosting you really cannot go wrong with Dot5 hosting. There control panel is huge and has a lot to offer, I haven't had a chance too look at half of it yet but I am sure with a little more knowlege I would be in my element there!
