Not a bad start

Not happy.

awful service, i waited 6 hours after placing my order for an email of some sort but instead i get nothing. I call them to find out why the wait?? and they loose my order! Not recommended from here.

Bluehost Review

Bluehost are one of the best web hosting companies I have been with to date, they really are something special and I would recommend them to anyone. Service is great, uptime is good and the support is brilliant. The only slight qualm I have with the host is the slight dips in speed sometimes, but has only happened to me 3 times and lasted a mere few minutes. Keep it up!

Super Fast!

I had built a website many years ago and remember it being incredibly slow to load, perhaps it had something to do with the dial up connection I had back then but it is amazing to see how much things have changed in just a few years. There is so much you can do within a few clicks and everything seems so effortless, blue host is truely worth its placement on your site!

True class

After a terrible start (and what turned out to be an error on my credit cards part) I was set up with my .com domain and 2 months free hosting for my trouble. I was really impressed with the customer service from these guys, they really care about you as a customer. The control panel is easy to use too, I had my website setup in a matter of hours and although it was a bit fidly to start, I can now make changes with a few clicks... Thanks blue host and thank you for creating such a great site!

Could be better I guess.

I found blue host on a similar review site which perhaps over sold them as a host. I was promoised fast support and amples of features which I did get however when you have never done anything like this before you almost need a guide to talk you through all the technical terms. Eventually I did find my way even if I was a bit of an awakward customer to start. I would recomend blue host but would stress that you should be prepared for a few late nights!

Not bad at all!

Despite all the reviews I did find blue host a struggle to get to grips with from the start although just 2 weeks in I feel like a pro! My website looks great and I cannot fault them at all.

My Blue Host Review

Your site has helped me settle with who I consider to be the best web hosting provider on the intenet today! I had heard of blue host before perhaps because they have been around for so long but eigther way I was not prepared for what I had signed up for. Blue host offer fantastic support, they really go out of their way to help you I just cannot imagine what I would do without a direct line to the company because I am not the most computer literate person and I need someone to talk me through things. Not Amused

It's my 5th week with Blue Host, I moved to these guys to make my life easier. Since moving to Blue Host I have found my site hacked into a number of times, how can this happen?? Blue Host claim to be secure and reliable so why have I had nothing but problems since I switched, and why would anyone want to break into my site anyway?!?

Blue Host

Whether you are new to the web hosting industry or you consider yourself a bit of a pro, blue host is a must! There support services are great, your emails or phone call's are answered promptly and you cannot fault them in terms of feature (you will find everything you need from your member area!). My only concern was a short period of downtime that left my website was inaccessible for half a hour or so. They dealt with the issue promptly and proffesionally and I am pretty confident it was a one off but certainly worth a mention in this review. That aside, I would certainly recomend Blue Host to a friend.

My 99 Cents

I firstly looked towards Host Monster when looking for a Web Host; however the appeal of Blue Host stole my sale. Although it is ran by the same company, I feel Blue Host has a more tailored attire for the more advanced user, offering more sophisticated features with the added bonus of great uptime.

Love Blue host

Blue Host are Excellent!

There for you when it matters!!

I was looking specifically for a Web Host that offered around the clock support, just in case the inevitable happened so I was shown Blue Host Web Hosting by a friend, and haven't looked elsewhere since! Web hosting for the price of a happy meal!

I am new to web hosting and before signing up to blue host I hadn't even heard of the term. I thought websites cost thousands of dollars to run and required expert knowlege to build.
